Passport 2TB shows as CD Drive (W:) WD Unlocker

At home I use Windows 7. I am taking a course at the local community college where they use MACs. The MAC at school couldn’t read the files on the Passport. After saving the files to a temporary drive on the MAC the instructor re-formatted the drive as FAT32 so that MACs could read it. I then copied the files back to the drive and everything worked fine when it was hooked up to the MAC.

When I returned home and connected it to my Windows 7 desktop it acted strangely, even after I unlocked it. I ran Computer expecting to find it as My Passport (W:) in the Hard Disk Drives section of Computer. Instead it showed up in the Devices with Removable Storage section as “CD Drive (W:) WD Unlocker.” If I clicked on “Open” in Computer, the folders '“Extras” and “Locale” and the files “autorun.inf” and “WD Drive Unlock.exe” are the only things visible. Clicking on Properties and then General shows WD Unlocker using 7,507,968 Bytes 7.16 MB with no free space and a capacity the same 7.16 MB for Drive W:.  Clicking on Hardware and selecting WD My Passort 0741 USB Device and then clicking on Properties, then Volumes, then Populate shows a partition style of Master Boot Record (MBR), a capacity of 1907697 MB and unallocated space of 1MB!

So how do I get my Windows 7 desktop to recognize the My Passport as a “Hard Disk Drive” rather than a “Device with Removable Storage”?
