I am having issues, I am a new user and have a message Not enough space for music db, please free 300mb. THe only items I have on the clip are a couple radio recordings. Now every time I turn on the clip it gives me the message and then powers off. Any help would be appreciated.
Format the player using the FORMAT option on SETTING. Resync songs using Windows Media Player 10 or 11 or any software you prefer. Make sure that the player is on MTP Mode ( Setting > USB > MTP ). If your player doesn’t have the MTP option, it’s ok because the player’s default mode is MTP.
