No encryption on Passport Ultra Drive

I’ve inherited a Passport Ultra Drive, but it seems it’s been formatted/partitioned before coming to me.

The WD security software doesn’t see the drive, yet windows does.

Is there anyway to fix this, so I can use the encryption?
