Hello, I just downloaded & installed version 2.3.1.0. I had version 1.4.4.4 installed & worked just fine. When I open the dashboard, I see where it says “Scanning for SSD(S)”. After that I only see the version number and the minimize, restore & close buttons & a blank outlined box below that. Did it not install correctly? The new version does show in my computer programs & features. What can I try to make it work correctly? I am running Windows 7 (32-bit) Home Premium on a personal computer.
Hello and this is an update to my initial question. I just removed the dashboard from my programs and features. I see that there is a SSD Dashboard Service Program (version 1.1.0) listed as well. I tried to remove it and WILL NOT remove for some reason. How can I remove it or is there any reason to remove it as the date is listed as year 2016 & the dashboard version (1.4.4.4) was listed as 4/11/2017?

je reste sur cette version car le problème n’est pas chez moi et j’ai signalé a l’assistance mes ssd on a peine deux ans et fonctionne trés bien sur w10

Voici les captures d’écran de mes deux ssd avec la version du micro logitiel 2.3.1.0 qui ne fonctionnent pas correctement d’autre part je fais également deux captures d’écran de la version du micrologitiel 1.4.4.4 qui fonctionnent très bien .Comme vous le voyer mes ssd sont neuf et au top 2ans … J’ose esperer pouvoir a nouveau profiter du programme dashboard dans le cas contraire j’aurais le regret de partir a la concurence . Cordialement

Hello. The folks writing in French have a different issue than you.
The 2.3.1.0 requires a graphics driver that supports Open GL 2.1 or higher. Please check your graphics driver.
Hello- I was able to open DxDiag through the start menu. I then checked for a GL 2.1 & then GL using the edit > find in the menu bar & nothing came up & I did NOT see anything when I scrolled & read most everything from top to bottom. Does this mean I cannot use the Version 2.3.1.0? If I cannot use it, how can I get my 1.4.4.4 version back? I did a system restore & attached is what I see in the Sandisk status which is missing information that I saw before I tried to update the program version. I believe I need to completely uninstall & then reinstall the old version? I uninstalled Sandisk SSD Dashboard from my computer’s programs & features, but the Sandisk SSD Dashboard Maintenance Program would NOT uninstall. Is that necessary to uninstall as well?
I uninstalled the Sandisk SSD Dashboard & the SSD Dashboard Service from my computer’s programs & features. It is still coming up using my desktop icon. How can I completely remove it and/ or is there an UNINSTALL TOOL I can use? All I want to do is reinstall program version 1.4.4.4 as it was working fine until I tried to update the version to 2.3.1.0.

You are right, the link is ok but this is the wrong version file. I solved this and the correct version is now in place. Please try to download again and check the version before you install.
Thank you, it works as it did before. I had to run the application twice from the download link you gave me. The first time it uninstalled SSD Dashboard. I ran it again & it installed version 1.4.4.4. I have one final question for you. Will leaving this version installed permanently cause any possible problems in the future- like security or privacy threats or malware, etc.?
