I just received a new sansa fuze+ today. charged it up, the pc recognizes it and everything. when i disconnect from pc to listen to the music i just loaded, the device will not turn on. I’ve tried holding down the power button to reset, still doesn’t work. but if i plug it back in, i can touch the on/off button and it comes on and i can access the files on my pc… is this a dud???
