I bought several new My Book Duo (16TB) that work as intended when plugged directly into the computer or into their own hub, but if i plug them it into a powered usb3 hub they work at usb1 speeds.
I observe this behavior in my desktop and my laptop, both running Windows 10 updated. I tested with two different usb3 powered hubs with the same result.
The external USB3 Hubs work as intended with other external USB3 HDD, WD or Seagate. So i’m at a loss. Any ideas?
