When I plug in My Passport Ultra to a new computer, it installs the software, Looking at My Passport Ultra from File Explorer it has six folders with a coded file name, such as 2bc274a9b5ba71d472280d92. When I float my mouse over the folder name they all say 'Empty Folder". How do I know which folder contains my backup? And to Retrieve, do I select Original Location, or Special Retrieve File? I’d prefer to have my files on the new computer in the same file structure as on the old computer. But does WD create the folder structure or just the files?
