I need to disable the lock/unlock on my passport drive. It locks itself upon being used after sitting idle for a day or so unlocked. THis has corrupted the folders that were being written to when it locked itself. I want to disable the lock completely. I have read on this site, and downloaded the smartdrive update and installed it, but the security page never reveals itself. I did erase the drive and reformat it. My computer only shows the diagnostics.
I need a smartware download that will allow me to delete the lock from my drive.
