I just bought a WD 2TB hard drive and it seems like it only work on Windows. I notice there’s WDSmartware program in the drive by default. Is there a program from WDsmartware that format the hard drive to work on both windows and mac? I’m getting the error when i try to copy a file from my iMac to the external hard drive. Can some one please help? I need it to work on both windows and mac.
