Need a replacement adapter, website won't help me

I tried to find the info for purchasing a replacement adapter for my old MyBook external drive, but the support website wouldn’t accept my request for assistance.

The product #WD10000H1U-00 uses a mini-USB cable connector.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
