can anyone please let me know where I can get a driver for :

I am running windows vista os or Linux. the problem is my vista and linux do not see the external drive at boot up.

I think you’re lost. Your drive is a desktop drive, you posted in the Passport Wireless drive section. :slight_smile:

But anyway, you’ve got something else going on, because SATA drives don’t require drivers.
