Driver old external HDD not found (2010)

Hi folks

can you help me please ?
I didn’t found on internet the driver for my passport WD500BMVV (it’s an old external HDD 500 GO)
i try to found on the site but nothing, may-be someone cal help me with the S/N above.
I absolutely need open my data on this disk

Hello,

No one drive need driver.
Check/change usb cable, check you have enough power, check if the motor run without abnormal noise.
These drives have a big issue with their USB connector directly soldered on the PCB…
