Mypassport Ultra not shown in finder on mac, help?

Hello,

I used My Passport Ultra on a windows computer and got access to the external drive with all my files on it.
I plugged it in my mac computer but i don’t have access to my files. When i click ‘finder’ it doesn’t appear. Also I have clicked the box ‘external drive’ under preferences on but still nothing.
The light is flashing but I can’t seem to access my files, can somebody help me please?

Hello,

I recommend you try replacing the USB cable and if possible also try another computer just as a troubleshooting step.
