I just bought 1TB WD external hard drive. The sales guy reformatted into FAT32 since I’m using MacBook. And, I need to use in Windows too. But, when I tried to copy file over 4GB, I see error message. Please help.

Fat 32 has a 4GB limitation, you are not able to copy a 4GB or bigger file using Fat 32 as your drive system. This is a Operating System limitation not a drive related issue.
