My Passport Ultra is suddenly not showing up in My Computer. It is protected with WD Unlocker and that is also not showing up.
It works on another computer so I dont think there can be a problem with the device itself.
Also, another passport works in the USB port of the first computer so I dont think the problem is there either! Plus it was working until yesterday!
When I open WD discovery it says no usb connected.
I am using Windows 10
Any ideas?
Try a different cable.
