My WD passport Ultra 2TB isn’t being recognized in my PC ( win 11).

  • It doesn’t show in the computer management> storage >Disk Management
  • It doesn’t show in This PC
  • When I open WD utilities it ask me for storage product
  • It DOES show in the device manager althou something it refrehes and it desappears
    but when it is on there I try to update drivers and it tells me all it up to date
