My wd passport is not recognized my password to unlock

I have a 320wd my passport. It was working normal and since yesterday it is not recognized my password anymore. I have all my data inside, and I need that be fix ASAP

any help???

The drive itself isn’t being recognized or your password isn’t being recognized?  Your post isn’t very clear…

I have the same problem. With all my data inside !! It ask for the password to unlock, but it said “password incorrect”.

Pls if anybody can help. I dont want to reformat it. The drive is being recognized, but not the password.

You all need to contact Tech Support about this.  You can do so either by phone or email.
