My WD WDBABM7500ABK-00 has not being working for some time now, I have tried several different ways to fix the problem, but still nothing. Please help me fix this problem. Thank you!
If possible try using another USB cable, remember to connect the USB cable directly to one of the USB ports on the PC (preferably on one the back USB ports).
