MY WD Elements 1 TB USB 2.0 drive locked

I have a drive I cant unlock and trying to find out how to do it on a mac. thanx for any info

Hello,

The WD Elements drive does not come with a security option. It does not have a password protection software.

What do you mean by locked? is it asking you for a password?
