My WD Element is detected by both PCs but not accessible! Please Help!

I have a WD Element. I’ve been using it the past 2 years when suddenly last year around November, it just stopped working. I know it is still detected by any computer coz I’ve tried it connecting to two different laptops at home. The light on the drive is blinking and I still could hear that the disk inside is spinning. I already checked the Disk management, it is being showed there but it said Not Initialised. Everytime I attempted to initialise it, it says Access is Denied. I also tried data recovery softwares but still it could not show my WD. Just earlier, I tried Data Lifeguard Diagnostics for Windows and luckily, it was detected. I tried the Quick Test and it passed. However, with the Extended Test, too many bad sectors detected.

Please, can anyone please help me! I don’t want go to Data Recovery centers just to fix this thing. It’s hard to look and earn for a penny.

It seems the drive is corrupted and data recovery will be the only option to get your data back.
