Sandisk Ultra USB 3.0 32GB card is suddenly write-protected!

A “write-protected” error signifies that your memory card has locked itself into a read-only state. Your computer can access and read the data currently on the card, but it is blocked from modifying, adding, or erasing any files. If you want to back up your important files, open your USB drive on a working computer, select the files you need, and copy them onto your computer.

Have you tried removing the read-only attributes with CMD?
To fix the drive, press Win + R, type cmd, and hit Ctrl + Shift + Enter for administrator access.
Next, launch the disk utility by entering diskpart. Run the list disk command to see all drives, and look at the storage capacities to find your USB’s designated number. Choose that drive by typing select disk X (replacing X with your number), then unlock it by entering attributes disk clear readonly. Finally, type exit to close the utility and test your USB drive ( here is an example).
