Hello!
I purchased the WD Elements portable storage in the Dec 2013. Since then I never faced any issue with this. I use it very securely too scanning it for virus every week and defragmenting once in every 2months
Yesterday when I was viewing one of the files from it, it was suddenly closed and the drive was not seen in the Windows Explorer.
I tried to connect it back many times and did not result any positive.
I connected it to a different PC and the device driver started to install but was failed finally.
Please help me here, as I have my most important data in it.
