My Passport Wireless USB in Mac issues

USB connection only works in PC but not in Mac.
Wireless works fine.

Tried in different computers (Mac OS X El Capitan), drive doesn’t appear in Disk Utility.
Drive format is EXFAT.
MPW FW is updated 1.06.06 (4/5/2016)
Drive Lock is off
Tried a Factory Restore “System only”.
Diagnostics tests didn’t show any errors.

Are there any compatibility issues with OS X El Capitan? what else could I try?
Any help is appreciated.

Hello,

Can you try on any other Mac with another OS version?

I am not aware of any OS X El Capitan issues but it does not hurt to try just as a troubleshooting step.

My Passport Wireless when connected via USB, the Wi-Fi will be disabled … i hope you know :neutral_face:
