My Passport Ultra 2TB HDD is not showing in My Computer

My Passport Ultra 2TB HDD is not showing up in my computer, but when checked in computer management, it is UNKNOWN DISK5 UNINITIALIZED asking to to initialize to GPT or MBR.
I have very important data in this, please help me recover the data fro this HDD, i will be very grateful to you.
Please advice me if anyone has faced the same issue and able to recover the data.

Based on the information you have provided, I believe the partition is corrupted. You need to initialize and format the drive in order to use it again. However, this will delete all data stored on it.

Since you mention you have important data on the drive, I recommend you try using a data recovery software and if this does not work then try a data recovery company.
