Pl help me- wd passport 2tb not getting recognised

i bought the hard drive ON 27-11-2013,

and now the hard drive stop working.

when i tried to connect to the computer the hard drive starts spinning and the LED starts to light,

but the computer does not recognize the hard drive.

i tried with 3 different computers and still the same thing,

i tried to replace the USB3 cable and the same thing.

what can i do?

It shows up on my device manager under disk drives.

It doesn’t show up in disk management, however, it shows below as Disk 2 unknown not initialized

Based on the information you have provided, I believe the partition is corrupted. It may be possible to still extract the data utilizing data recovery software. There are several kinds of Data Recovery software available. If you do a  web search for  Data Recovery  it will yield plenty of data recovery software options.
