Hey i only just got my passport a few days ago and installed it into my computer (HP Notebook- Windows 7) and it wont allow me to transfer items to and from my computer, it keeps saying that theres an I/O error?
I have tried re-formatting it but then it has been completely erased of all data that was inside before…
I need help on a step by step way to get it up and running on my computer from start to finish because i need this for my uni work which i am starting in a couple of weeks
may need to be in detail as i have tried everything
