My passport is not prompting for my password_can't access drive?

device manager shows that everything is normal. It works fine on other machines. I try to connect to HP laptop running XP and it recognises only as a USB storage device. I can’t unlock the drive as there is no typical WD prompt… any suggestions.Thanks

WD SmartWare is not installed on that computer, or that computer’s AutoPlay is disabled
