I was using my passport with serial number [Deleted] and it fell from my desk. Now, anytime i insert it into my PC, it spins for a while and go dead. Nothing shows on my pc and i can not access it even from DISKPART. Any ideas? Because i am seriously in trouble.
Hey, it is very possible that if the drive falls this causes physical damage, you can try using a different cable, different computer. If that does not help, you might need to use a data recovery software or company to get the data from the drive.
