My Passport Help

Whenever i connect My Passport to the USB the little light lights up, but does not get read by the computer. Usually the computer would read it and something would pop up letting me choose what to do with it, either open it to view files, open with Media Player, Etc.

I clicked start and searched “My Passport” and this popped up

I have this same problem , was working up until a few weeks ago. I don’t leave it plugged in to PC only use when needed. Light comes on, and nothing on screen, no prompts or anything. Cannot hear unit running just the light…Help

I’m pretty sure someone will know what to do, just hope he comes forward and reads this post lol.
