I started a firmware upgrade about 45 minutes ago and it has yet to stop. Doesn’t appear to be update.
*virus software is off
Mmm that’s not good, I think it shouldn’t take longer than a couple of minutes. You can try to turn off the computer and if you’re lucky you can try it again.
If the drive still works OK you don’t need to do the update.
