My Passport doesn't it is "OFFLINE"

Hello!

So I wanted to back up my My Passport but for unknown reason it’s say offline I tried everything and went to device manager and disk management and both said they were healthy and trying to figure out why the hell it’s still says offline and the lock and unlock
