Hi All,

I recently purchased a My Passport 1tb external drive. I am an administrator however this device is for a standard user on our network every time she plugs in her device it and clicks on the WD unlocker to type in her PW it ask her for Network administrative password which I am reluctant to give anyone. Has anyone any ideas how this could be resolved?

It is required to enter Network Credentials to access data in secure network. However, password security can be removed in a open network but it would hamper the Network Security.
