The Part number is WDBBEP0010BBK-03 I am unable to drive erase and format the HD.
I get the following error;

I have an old 500GB external drive that has some valuable files. For some years I thought I lost it. But recently I found it. Seems like, when it is connected to the PC/Laptop it is working and I can sense the vibration on the disk. Please note that it is a 9 year old one.
But I am not able to open any files or access any files at all. Could you please help?
