My Extreme 2 TB drive shows no space, even though I only copied 1 TB.

I bought a SamDisk Extreme Portable SSD V2
Model: SDSSDE61-2TOO
But after copying only 1TB, it appears full.

The data I copied totals 958GB. But the disk only shows 31GB free.
How do I fix this?

The Sandisk SSD should be exFAT and your Windows NTFS, so it’s probably the file system block size allocation difference issue. Take a backup of the original files on the SSD, format as NTFS and you should be good to go.
