Please I am Mr. Samuel Chukwuemeka. My WD External Hard Disk is not responding. It show white light when connected to the Laptop via it’s USB cable. May I know why it is not responding and how can I retrieve my documents from the Hard Disk. Thanks
What external disk drive is the one affected? When did it start to happen? Does it work on different computer systems? Have you tried changing the USB cable?
