please help me with my element 320GB hard disk is not working filesystem is corrupt showing nothing in tha field.

cyclic redundancy chek error. so it is not accessible please technical support help me to retrieve/save the data in it of 310GB

Hi I own a WD elements SE external harddrive 500GB and i am having a problem that keeps coming up with (cyclic redundancy check error)

i can acces the hard drive and a few of the files but i have a folder on it that is completely in accesible and has almost 100gb worth of files on it that i need back… is their anything i can do to get the files back???
