I’ve tried in multiple PCs with Windows 10 and Windows 7, it is not recognizing the USB Driver. I tried to uninstall and reboot PC, update driver, change USB Ports, nothing worked. It is a 6TB HDD I really would love some support from fellow WD users on how to fix this issue.
Under the Device Manager - I see this error (Device Descriptor Request Failed)
