I’m currently using My Book Studio Edition II (Raid+1).

I only can see 1 partition right?

Let say if my drive damaged, how I restore back my hard disk?

Yes. Since the drive is in a RAID setup it will only show one partition. The My Book studio in particular comes setup as a RAID 0. But if it is setup as a RAID 1 if your drive has 1TB it will only give you 500GB to use. That is because of the Mirrored option. The RAID 1 (mirror) gives you the opportunity to retrieve the data if one of the drive in the RAID gets damage. You will only have to exchange the bad unit and once you receive the replacement, you will be able to rebuild the RAID.

currently 2tb drive.

mean I can only recover when either 1 drive not working?

they will notice to me when the drive is not working?

If you have a 2TB drive setup as a mirror then it will show as a 1TB.  Yes, if any of the drive in the RAID fail you will be able to rebuild the drive by replacing the one that has failed. If both drive fail which I have never seen then the data is not recoverable. If one of the drive has failed, it will either give you a message that the RAID has failed or that the drive is in a degraded mode. You can always check the RAID status within the RAID manager.
