MY Book Not Responding Anymore!

My Book Essential 2TB is not responding anymore. It’s only a couple weeks old, too!

I have restarted it, restarted my PC, checked the drivers and updates, etc.

It shows up in My Computer as CD Drive E WD Unlocker.

When I try to login with my password by clicking that, it just gets stuck in the process, and then Windows eventually closes the drive.

The software doesn’t show up on my PC anymore as well (not in lower right task bar or programs).

PC is a 6mo old Dell XPS Studio 9100 i7 930 12gb ram, 2tb internal HD Win7 Professional, etc.

Anyone have any ideas or help? :confused:
