My Book Live - Full and no access

MyBook LIve is full and can not access. Autodiagnose doesnt help neither.
Firmware update can not be done as the disk is full.
Windows (v10) shows the icon of the disk icon but not the drive letter (no way to access it )
I saw an option that says “quick factory restoration” with the oportunity to use the data recovery software.

Any one knows how to do it and if that software will recovery the data or I will lose all? any experience on that or how to solve this issue?
