Hi guys,
I bought my External 1TB HD about 2 weeks ago. At first, had no problems worked perfectly saved arround 40gb in files as backup. After a few days I have not saved anything else and a light in the HD keeps flashing and i can’t access the HD. As soon as i click on the unit on my Computer it says not responding. When i disconnect and connect the drive and the smartwire comes up i click on it to run it and it also freezes and doesn’t open.
can you please help me to fix this?
