hi folks, im having problem with my external drive right now. had it formatted then tried smartware quick drive test, the test got stuck at 90% for a long time, so i cancelled it. now when i connect it to my laptop or pc, windows detects it, but it can’t seem to find the drive and when you load My Computer it just freezes. If you pull the usb off, everything goes back to normal… 
any suggestions on how to resolve this?
