Hey Folks, any help is appreciated.
So I’m not sure what happened but recently my My Book external drive is not showing up where the “C” “D” and “E” Drives are. I’ve checked “My Devices” and the drive is listed there and the “properties” of said drive are said to be working properly. I’ve also looked at the “Device Manager” and the external drive is listed there as well. So my question is why can I not access my external drive from the "drives’ location? I’m hoping to not have to format as there are some very important files on this drive. Hope someone can help! Save my drive!!
