Hey,

i just bought a WD My Book Essential 3.0 2 TB External Hard Drive (USB 3.0/2.0). i have formateed to fat32 and added some movies that i no work on another pendrive i have when i play them on the TV via usb. I transferred these movies to my WD HD and the TV finds the movies and displays the names, but when i hit play i get an unsupported format message?

Can anyone help?

Chech out youtr TV info and see what format it requires. You might find more help posting in the TV section.

That seems like data corruption…My suggestion is to reformat your drive and transfer another file just to verify…
