Bought My Book 4tb yesterday won’t show in finder. Can’t get answer. Returning drive to store and buying another make. WD doesn’t have good support. Will never buy another WD product.

If you haven’t return the drive, check if the drive is showing under disk utilities. Please note that if the drive came formatted for Windows, you will need to reformat the drive to make it compatible with Mac.
