My Book 3Tb speed dropped dramatically

It was wroking fine but one day I realized that opening and copying files became so slow.

I have an external USB My Book 3 Tb.
MY BOOK 3TB AUS/NZ S/N WMC1T1867930, Model Number WDBACW0030HBK-AESN

I tried a standard WIN10 disk checking tool. It worked the whole day but without any progress. It seems it just stuck.

The guarantee is over. Don’t know what is it and what to do.
