I have had no problems with My Passport Ultra until now. I changed out USB cords with a second Passport to ensure the cord/connection wasn’t the problem.
It now takes forever to have the Passport icon appear on the desktop, but even so, the norm is for the icon plus another green icon representing the Backup Partition I created to appear on the desktop together. The Green backup partition no longer appears so I cannot access my backup.
Overall this Passport is suddenly crazy slow. When I click to open the icon that does appear, the window does not load with the list of contents for many long minutes and the most recent backup does not appear.
Does anyone know what is going on? Thanks!
