I m new to this wireless drive thing, i just realize some of the folder i viewed in my macbook is not there, but when i connect via mobile apps and macbook using wifi it shown the missing folder. Anybody can tell me what happen it is ?

I would suggest you to check with the file sharing option in Mac and i would also request you to check the drive with different computer.
