.mov doesnt play. Can you help?

Hi

First posting here - and a bit of a Luddite so please use ‘simple’ terminolgy if possible :slight_smile:

I’ve backed up a bunch of .mov files to a My Book Studio. I can access them easily from there and play them on my MacBook Pro using Quicktime Player.

I have copied the whole of that My Book Studio to another as a back up. They have all loaded fine, and I can play them there BUT only in a very small format when I click on the icon in the file - I cannot get it playing it any larger than that. It will not expand to the usual QuickTime Player size as on the first My Book Studio.

Any ideas appreciated or let me know what I need to add in terms of extra info if needed.

In order to better assist you, i would like to know the OS you are running on this drive, also if you have tried to play the videos from a different computer or drive to see if the same issue happens.
