Missing files when viewing Via my cloud login

Hi I’m having issues viewing files on my PC when I attempt to access them using the mycloud login. I can see all the files in the folder when I search via my network. I can even see the files using my iphone app. But for some reason when I try to access the files online not all of them are visible. The folder even shows the date and time when I uploaded the file but its not able to be seen. Its almost like only a certain number of files are visible and any files beyond that limit are not visible. I’m trying to share the file by creating a link so it’s kind of important to see all files in the folder.

I read somewhere that I shoudl attempt to reboot the unit. I’ve done this without any success. The files still do not show up online. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Probably, you should change the browser. Some browsers may not show all the contents.
